3. SMS / Text Message Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Visible Financial Group LLC, you agree to the following terms:

3.1 Consent to Receive Messages

When you submit your phone number through our website, a Facebook/Meta lead generation form, or any other intake method and provide consent (by checking a consent box, clicking a submit/CTA button, or otherwise opting in), you expressly agree to receive recurring autodialed and/or pre-recorded marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Visible Financial Group LLC at the mobile number you provided. You understand that:

• Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services
• You may receive messages about insurance quotes, appointment reminders, policy updates, introductions from your assigned Benefits Coordinator, and promotional content about our insurance products and services
• Messages may be sent using an automated telephone dialing system or pre-recorded voice

3.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. During active quoting, application processing, or onboarding, you may receive several messages per week. During ongoing service periods, message frequency will be lower (approximately 2–4 messages per month). Promotional messages may be sent periodically.

3.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Visible Financial Group LLC is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

3.4 Opt-Out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message received from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will be removed from our messaging list. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

3.6 Supported Carriers

Our SMS messaging service is compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.7 No Third-Party SMS Sharing

We will not share your opt-in consent or phone number with any third parties for their own marketing or promotional SMS/MMS messaging purposes.

4. How You Opt In to Receive Messages

You may opt in to receive text messages from Visible Financial Group LLC through any of the following methods:

• Website Lead Forms: By entering your mobile phone number and clicking "Get My Free Quote," "Submit," "Request Information," or a similar call-to-action button on our website (visiblefinancialgroup.com, visibleiq.com, or related landing pages), where the form includes consent language stating you agree to receive text messages from Visible Financial Group LLC.
• Facebook/Meta Lead Forms: By submitting your information through a Facebook or Instagram lead generation ad operated by Visible Financial Group LLC, where the form includes consent language and a link to this Terms of Service page and our Privacy Policy.
• In-Person or Verbal Consent: By verbally providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages during a phone call or in-person interaction with a Visible Financial Group LLC representative.
• Text-to-Join: By texting a keyword (e.g., "QUOTE" or "INFO") to our business number, thereby initiating the messaging relationship.

All opt-in methods present clear disclosure that by providing your phone number, you consent to receive recurring autodialed marketing and informational text messages from Visible Financial Group LLC. Consent is always optional and is not required to receive a quote or purchase any product.

8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following refund guidelines carefully before purchasing:

8.1 VisibleIQ Platform Subscriptions (Monthly Plans)

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your VisibleIQ subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase date — no questions asked.
• After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and your access will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
• Partial-month refunds are not provided.

8.2 VFG Lead Engine (One-Time Purchase / Done-For-You Services)

• Before setup work begins: You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if no setup work has been initiated on your account.
• After setup work has begun: Because Done-For-You services involve custom configuration, ad creation, CRM setup, and dedicated team time, refunds are not available once work has started on your account.
• If you experience technical issues or service failures on our end, we will work to resolve them. If we cannot deliver the promised services, a pro-rated refund may be issued at our discretion.

8.3 Meta Ads Management Add-On

• Ad management fees are non-refundable once ad campaigns have been created or launched.
• Your actual ad spend (paid directly to Meta) is governed by Meta's own refund policies — we do not control or refund ad spend.

8.4 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable refund window:

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method.

8.5 Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in immediate termination of your account and access to all services.
